- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unpleasant and disrespectful service. The old lady at Short Pump was not friendly at all. She concerned too much about the next customer behind me. It took only 5-10 minutes to finish all the processes with me, but she rushed and showed an impatient attitude. There was another young lady staff with another customer who came earlier than me(total 3 customers in store). - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hours of operation says open until 5pm. However don't go there 15 mins before closing because they won't help you. We were specifically told "we won't help you this close to closing. We would have to box and package and there isn't enough time" The associate said she was sorry. But i doubt very seriously she was. One star. So we wrnt to FefEc.
